Recommended Uses:
Helps prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness, and/or seasickness.
Directions:
Adults: 1 tablet (chewable) 5-10 times per day. For motion sickness/seasickness (nausea and vomiting prevention), take a single dose 30 minutes before travel and every 4 hours as needed.

Works within 15ish minutes. Me and my daughter struggle with nausea that’s car related as well as period. So thankful for this. It allows us to not be able to do life fully during car rides and other activities. Normally it’s sitting and waiting for nausea to pass. Very happy
